Infinix, a brand of Transsion Holdings, launched the Infinix Hot 12 Play smartphone last week. The newest phone in the Hot series will go on sale for the first time today. Hot 12 Play is a budget smartphone with a large display and a dual rear camera. The brand new Hot 12 Play is equipped with a Unisoc processor and a 6000 mAh battery.

Infinix Hot 12 Play: specifications and features

The Hot 12 Play features a 6.82-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 480 nits peak brightness, 180Hz refresh rate, and Panda protective glass.

Under the hood of the Hot 12 Play is an octa-core Unisoc T610 processor and a Mali G52 GPU. It comes paired with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB internal storage. Users also get the option to expand storage using the micro-SD card slot. The phone boots XOS 10 based on Android 11.

Hot 12 Play is equipped with a 13-megapixel main camera, a quad LED flash and a depth sensor. The phone also offers an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The Hot 12 Play is equipped with a 6000mAh battery and supports 10W fast charging.

Hot 12 Play uses a Type-C port for charging and data transfer. The phone also features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm audio jack, and DTS audio. The phone measures 171×78×8.9mm and weighs 209 grams. The phone is sold in Racing Black, Daylight Green, and Horizon Blue.
