iPadOS 16 brings the Zoom Out display setting to older and smaller iPads.

iPadOS 16 software allows you to zoom out on older iPad models, including Apple A12X and A12Z processors.

What is display scaling on iPad? How it works?

The screen scaling feature gives you more screen real estate by basically scaling the screen resolution. As a result, you get more screen real estate for multitasking, making this mode especially handy for multitasking features like Stage Manager.

To zoom in on the screen using the zoom feature, go to Settings → Display & Brightness on a 12.9-inch iPad Pro and tap View under Display Zoom, then select Zoom in and tap Install.
