iPhone 14 Pro can finally get this Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra feature; Design leaked in alleged Apple Pay video
The iPhone 14 series is rumored to debut in September 2022. A recent leak claimed that Apple’s iPhone 14 event would take place on September 13th. Apple, as usual, has yet to confirm the details as the launch is months away. Meanwhile, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, known for his excellent reputation for Apple-related leaks, has shared new information about the iPhone 14 series. Gurman claims that Always-on Display (AoD) has finally arrived in the iPhone 14 series, specifically iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max.
Some Android smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, OnePlus 10 Pro, etc. offer AoD function. In addition, the alleged design of the iPhone 14 Pro has also been revealed by Apple through an advertisement. Let’s take a look at the specs, features, and other details of the iPhone 14 Pro we know so far.
iPhone 14 Pro specs leaked
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, an industry expert, the iPhone 14 Pro models will receive major upgrades in terms of design and features. He claims that AoD is finally making its debut on the new iPhone 14 Pro models. AoD will display limited information on Pro models running iOS 16. We can expect it to show basic information such as time, battery percentage, wallpaper, and widget-like capabilities.
Rumor has it that iOS 16 will feature InfoShack, which is a smarter version of the Smart Stack widget. Users won’t need to scroll through the widgets as they will contain multiple widgets in a large block. It is unknown if this feature will be available with AoD enabled.
A separately leaked Apple Pay video shows a new punch-and-pill cutout design on the top of the Pro models. Whether the clip is legal is unknown, and we advise you to take the leaked video with a pinch of salt. In doing so, he confirms several reports that showcased the design.
The 14 Pro models are said to feature a 48MP triple camera on the back. The main camera is said to be 57% larger than the previous model. There will be an upgraded A16 chip based on 4nm process technology. What do you think of the new iPhone leaks? Let us know in the comments below.
