Iqoo Neo 6 SE to get 120Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 870 processor and more
Iqoo introduced the Neo 6 in the brand’s hometown of China. Now, Iqoo also seems to be working on the SE version of the Neo 6. Popular leaker Digital Chat Station (DCS) has revealed the key specs of the smartphone. Neo 6 is the continuation of iQOO Neo 5, introduced in 2021.
The SE variant of the phone may be a smaller version of the original smartphone, perhaps with a similar design language. We may see the brand announce the Neo 6 SE, but under a different name. Let’s take a closer look at the Iqoo Neo 6 SE, its specs, features and everything we know so far.
Iqoo Neo 6 SE in development, expected to hit the market soon
According to DCS, the upcoming Iqoo Neo 6 SE will feature a 6.62-inch Full-HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is said to have a single hole in the center on the front to house the selfie camera.
Under the hood, the smartphone may be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. The phone can be powered by a 4700mAh rechargeable battery that supports 80W fast charging. Other specifications of the smartphone, as well as the launch date and price, remain a mystery for now.
The smartphone was previously spotted on the 3C website, where it was reported that the device will support 66W fast charging. The listing in the IMEI database confirmed that the model number V2157A belongs to the Iqoo Neo 6 SE.
Past leaks suggest that the Iqoo Z5 Pro could be rebranded as the Neo 6 SE. According to the report, the phone will be available in three colors. There are no details on color options at this time. We will have to wait until the official confirmation regarding the Iqoo Neo 6 and its specifications appears on the Internet.
