Even though it provides a smooth browsing experience for the users, sometimes Redbox keeps on buffering or freezing and this is definitely an annoyance for all users.
This is a common problem that many users are facing, and if you are also facing the same issue, this guide will help you know how to fix Redbox stuck issue easily.
Fixing Redbox Keeps Buffering or Hanging
Sometimes the application is under maintenance or the server crashes. Understandably, users are facing issues while streaming video. In this case, waiting for a while would be the best option.
However, if you are constantly facing this problem, then you need to follow the methods I have shared below to solve it quickly.
Check Your Internet
The main reason for buffering is internet speed. You need stable and good internet to stream any video without any problem.
So, the first thing you need to do is to check if your internet is enough.
You can do this by opening a web browser and searching for “test internet speed”. Run a speed test and see if it’s good enough.
If it doesn’t, restart your router or contact your ISP to increase the speed for seamless video streaming on Redbox.
Update your device
If you are using older firmware, you may encounter many issues including video buffering and slow internet speed. Therefore, you’d better check for the latest version and update to this one.
If you don’t know how to do it on your iPhone or Android, follow these steps:
