How to Find Your Spotify Wrapped and Apple Music Replay 2022
The year is running out and we can’t deny that music has been part of our lifestyle. There are musical genres that we love. But if you’re like me, chances are you still can’t keep track of your musical tastes. Don’t worry! Spotify Wrap and Apple Music Replay provide yearly statistics on your top genres, artists, podcasts and more.
This review highlights the last days of the year with memories worth keeping. Whether you use Spotify, Apple Music, or both, in this post, I will show you how to find Spotify Wrapped and Apple Music Replay 2022 statistics.
What is Spotify Wrapped 2022?
Spotify Wrapped is an annual overview of what users listen to on the app, from podcasts to music and more. It works by creating playlists based on your 2022 streaming stats.
However, this year the Wrapped started to roll out on December 1st. And it has new features beyond the one that personalizes your packaging.
Ultimately, this year’s Spotify Wrapped includes a mix of wraps to compare your wrap with a friend’s wrap, a guessing game where you can pick an odd fact in your listening stats, and visualization aura to show your best musical mood of the year.
Plus, personalizing your wraps with listening statistics allows you to see what’s being played most in your area. And then puts them into different playlists.
While Spotify Wrapped collects the best music and podcasts, it only does so for a few months of 2022, except for December. This means you can’t see statistics for December!
How to find your 2022 Spotify in the box
Typically, the 2022 Wrapped widget appears at the top of the Spotify mobile app. But if it doesn’t, in your case, open the Spotify app and search for “Wrapped”in the search bar. Click 2022 Wrapped when you see the banner.
Alternatively, you can open a browser on your mobile phone and go to the Spotify 2022 Wrapped directory. Then open the app by clicking “Download Spotify”to get started.
Once opened, you can view your listening history under Your 2022 Wrapped. If you don’t see the artists or songs featured in your 2022 Personalized Wrapped, you probably haven’t listened to them enough until now. This section includes, among other things, an overview of the time you spent listening to certain genres or artists in 2022.
In the “Best Tracks and Artists of 2022″section, you will see a slide with the best world tracks and songs of the year. You can also view more detailed statistics and categories by scrolling down.
For example, you can see the most popular songs or artists in your area and select your country here to see what’s top.
And while scrolling you will see 2022 Wrapped: Blend. Tap the cross widget to share your stats with friends and family on social media and compare your listening trends for 2022.
Why can’t I see my Spotify is packaged?
As stated earlier, you won’t be able to view the limitation of your listening trend in 2022 if you haven’t streamed enough content on the Spotify app. But if you’re sure you’re a regular streamer, simply closing and reopening Spotify might work.
In addition, an outdated Spotify app may prevent you from viewing personalized statistics for a year. So the best solution here is to update your application. To do this, search for Spotify. You will see an update option if your Spotify app is not up to date.
What is Apple Music Replay 2022?
Apple Music Replay is similar to Spotify Wrapped in that it also gives you an overview of your top songs and artists on Apple Music.
However, unlike Spotify Wrapped, it collects statistics on a weekly basis and then rounds it up to the level of Apple Music Replay. So, instead of reviewing your best music once a year, you can track your music trends weekly.
How to know the statistics of Apple Music Replay 2022?
You can’t access your Apple Music Replay in the app like you can for Spotify Wrapped. Therefore, to get started, you need to visit the official Apple Music page through a browser (preferably on a PC).
But before you get started, you’ll need to enable the “Use Listening History”option in your iPhone’s settings. For this:
- Open settings.
- Scroll down and click Music.
- Turn on “Use Listening History”.
After turning on your listening history, launch your browser and go to the Apple Music Replay page. If you haven’t already, click Sign In in the top right corner and enter your Apple ID.
Then click “Get Playback Mix”. Now sit still while Apple generates year-round listening statistics, including how long you listened to each one.
When you see the list, click ADD + to save it as a playlist.
Note. As with Spotify Wrapped, you won’t be able to see your music stats limit if you don’t stream enough artists or songs on the platform. Also, these statistics do not include music from your local library.
This storytelling alone makes these music streaming services worth checking out. Even if you want to embrace a new music mode in the coming year, they let you save your best songs, genres, and artists in your evergreen diary.
Based on these statistics, you can tell which genres of music have fascinated you the most in the past year. And you can always compare these statistics to previous or future years to see how dynamic your musical tastes are.
