Is the premium version worth it?
Yes! The short and direct answer is definitely yes. Plus, it’s not that expensive as it costs $3.99 and is a one-time purchase. Some features like unlimited personal lists, notes and reminders can be unlocked with Premium. In addition, you will only receive push notifications for upcoming TV show episodes or movie premieres if you upgrade to Premium.
I haven’t used paid apps since I moved to iOS and I’m not trying to sell you an app. It’s just that I rarely come across apps that I would wholeheartedly pay for, and Sofa Time made it into this list.
However, the free version of the app also does a lot. Most of the features are still available and work flawlessly.
Should You Get the Sofa Time App?
If you tend to watch movies or shows, I see no reason why you shouldn’t install the Sofa Time app for iOS. It’s always a good idea to keep track of what you’ve watched and what you want to watch. Also, if you spend an unhealthy amount of time watching movies, the My Stats section of the Profile tab will show you the time you spent watching movies and shows.
The My Statistics section consists of several graphs and charts to help you keep track of time. It also has pie charts for movies and shows that divide everything you’ve watched into different genres.
Overall, the user interface and UX of the app is clean and functional. It does its intended job phenomenally and has useful features rather than gimmicks. Go ahead and download the app right now.
