How to repair a building in Sons of the Forest
In order to repair any structure such as a house, you need to create a repair tool. You can build a repair tool by combining rock, stick and rope. Stones can be found scattered anywhere on earth. A stick can be obtained by chopping off a wooden log with a sharp axe. Last but not least, rope can be found in several places such as enemy camps, coastlines, cliff edges, and inside a cave.
Once you have all the required items, go to your inventory by pressing the “I”key. After that, place all 3 items on the gray mat. After that, combine all three of them to finally create a repair tool in Sons of the Forest. Now that you have the necessary equipment, simply use it to repair the damaged part of the house in Sons of the Forest. A damaged part of a building or house will appear broken in Sons of the Forest.
Though you can save all that effort by turning off the Structural Damage option. You can do this by going to Options > Gameplay > Building Damage. This will disable the feature that damages the structure.
