You must complete the Any Data Port in the Storm quest to get the Quicksilver Storm Catalyst in this game. And you’ll also need the yearly expansion or the Lightfall DLC for it, as you can’t get it in the Destiny 2 base game. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Travel to Neomunu and interact with the holoprojector.
2. Here, take the quest Any Data Port in a Storm.
