Where can I buy a breeding pen at Hogwarts Legacy?

In Hogwarts Legacy, to buy the Feather Breeding spell, you will need to head to the Tomes and Scrolls shop located in Hogsmeade. The owner of the shop is known as Thomas Browne and will not be available until you start the quest The Foal of the Dead. This appears shortly after you reach level 20 and complete the Charles Rockwood Trail main quest. If you have already initiated the quest “Foal of the Dead”and finished talking to Dick, then head to the shop to buy the Pen Breeding spell for 1000 Galleons.

You can now easily complete the quest by rescuing the Thestrals and breeding them. Once you’re done with the quest, you can buy more Spellcraft to breed in order to start farming gold. However, as a drawback, only 4 can fit in the space. And every time you use Spellcraft, you will have to spend 15 moonstones.
