How villager chests work in Minecraft Legends

Want to know what Minecraft Legends Villager chests are and how they work? Then check out this guide to understand all about this game mechanic. During the campaign, one of the important parts of the game is to protect the villages from the piglins. While it sounds simple, doing it is a completely different story. However, since you have to stop the hordes of piglins, you will need to collect a lot of resources. Luckily, village chests are very useful, and you can read how they work right below.

How to use villager chests in Minecraft Legends

Villager chests basically work as donations to villages that you need to protect from piglins. You can find Villager Chests under the fountain in the center of every village, and they refill at the start of each day in Minecraft Legends. If you want to collect the resources given to you, just hold the interaction button to open it.

Please note that if the village is attacked and Fountain’s health drops to zero, you will not have access to these resources. Therefore, you will have to build a strong defense in every location that you have to defend. As soon as you open a chest, everything is automatically placed in your resources, and the rest is left there for the future.

While most villages supply you with common resources like wood, stone and even some prismarine, you will have to target special villages for certain rare resources. You can keep track of these resources by opening the World Map and hovering over the villages.

As you progress, you will be able to create shared village chests that will help you collect resources from all villages in one place. However, you will need a larger storage to make sure you can store all the accumulated resources.

That’s all there is in this Minecraft Legends villager chest guide. Since you are playing this game, we encourage you to visit our Minecraft section to find more such guides.
