Puzzle solving is a big part of Hogwarts Legacy, which is why there is one such challenging puzzle in the form of a sundial. This puzzle occurs during one of Poppy’s last quests. This includes many things besides sundials, such as statues, lights, and symbols. This sounds very complex and difficult to do, but don’t worry. When you get there, the first thing you need to do is check the symbols on the closed doors. You must take note of which symbols are lit. After you notice or remember that the symbols light up, head towards the sundial.

This Sundial area will have two pillars, as well as symbols on the ground around those pillars. You need to find the two symbols that were lit by the door to solve this sundial puzzle. Once you find the symbols, go to the opposite side from the first symbol. Cast the Accio on the pillar closest to it and move it directly in front of this symbol. There will be a round slot where the post fits perfectly, this is where the post should be.

For the second character, you must do the same. This time, however, you must pull another pillar instead of the first one. Once you put both pillars in place, if you go back to the doors, they will be open. You can now enter the ruins and the sundial puzzle is solved.
