How to make a ballplayer in MLB The Show 23

The Road to The Show game mode allows the player to create their own ballplayer who can play and compete in MLB. He starts the process by selecting the Road to The Show option from the main menu or by going to your profile icon. The very first thing you need to do is choose which player you will be. You can choose from three options: “Positioner”, “Pitcher”and “Two-way player”. You can do well as a pitcher or hitter. Selecting the Two-way Player option will give you the option to play both. Fortunately, this choice is not permanent, but it will take some work to change it. Check out our guide on how to switch positions if you feel like you’re a better fit for something else.

After choosing your position and customizing your play style, you can now customize your appearance. You can use ready-made options to make the ball player look exactly the way you imagine him. A new addition to the series is the ability to scan your face and add it to the game. Once you’ve done everything you need to, click “Start Career”to complete the process. You can have up to 5 different ballplayers on your profile. Now all that’s left is to choose the team you want to be on and head into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
