How to increase mount speed in Final Fantasy XIV

Heavensward areas
In Heavensward Riding, cards are available for 250 Centurio Seals each. It can be bought from Estrid, a member of the Centurio clan, located in Ishgard, more precisely at coordinates X: 13.0, Y: 11.8. In order to get these seals, players will have to go to hunting boards and defeat as many hunting marks as possible. Check out a list of all riding cards you can purchase using your Centurio stamps.

Here, players can purchase Riding Cards for 250 Allied Seals each from the Hunting List Merchant. If you don’t have enough Allied Seals, you can easily get them by defeating Marks of the Hunt. To increase your mount speed in the Stromboud area in FF14, you will need a lot of Centurio seals. After that, travel to Coogan (X: 10.4, Y: 10.2) and meet with Estrid, a member of the Centurio clan, to buy Riding Cards for 250 Centurio Seals each. As mentioned earlier, players can obtain these Seals by destroying Hunt Marks placed on Clan Hunt Boards.

Shadowbringers areas – steps to increase mount speed
To get Riding Cards in Shadowbringers Areas, players will need at least Rank 2. To do this, just do 6 different FATEs and you’re done. After that, go to the NPC gem merchant of the respective areas and buy riding cards for 70 gems each. If you’re low on resources, you can always perform a FATE on Shadowbringers areas to get some gems. Here is a list of all merchants and areas that you can easily unlock in Shadowbringers.

Similar to the Shadowbringers areas, here too you need to be at least rank 2 to unlock riding cards. So start doing 6 different FATEs in Endwalker areas and collect all the gems you can. This is because you will most likely need it to buy riding cards from NPC vendors. Riding cards in this area cost 70 gems each.
