Two Point Campus: How to Train Staff and Build a Practice Room

While playing Two Point Campus, you must build a training room to train your employees. Teaching them allows you to help them level up their skills. Or you can also get them to learn new skills. How to Train Staff on the Two Point Campus

For staff training, you will need a Training Room. After you set up the training room, simply select the employee and the skill you want to train. Here is how you can do it:

1. Click on the “Human Resources”button in the lower left corner.
2. This will expand the tray, here click on Staff.
3. By default, you can see all employees. But you can click on the buttons on the side to only view employees from each category who are teachers, assistants, or cleaners.
4. Click on the employee you want to train.
5. In the lower right corner you can see the “Train staff”button. It has a board icon, click on it.
6. Now click on the employee you want to train.
7. Next, you can either level up an employee’s existing skill or add a new skill. Each participant can have up to three skills.
8. Depending on the skill you want to add or train, you will have to spend money accordingly.
9. Click on the “Start Learning”button.
10. This will send the employee to the training room and he will start his training.
11. Wait for it to complete and they will level up or acquire a skill.

Make sure your employees have free time, otherwise you won’t be able to train them.

How to build a practice room

You need to complete the tutorial and progress through the game until you unlock your third campus. Once you have created the Robotics College, you will unlock the challenge to build a training room. Before you start, make sure you have enough money.

1. Open the Build menu by clicking the Build button in the lower left corner of the screen. It looks like a hammer.
2. Scroll down and find the practice room.
3. You can buy it for $40,100 and you will also need at least 4×4 space to install it.
4. Once your room is ready, place the training pod in it. Worth $35,000.
5. These two things are the main things you need to add here. You can also add other things of your choice.
6. Once this room is ready, you can send your employees here to train them.
