Demonologist is a co-op horror game where players go to a haunted house to investigate and identify evil spirits. There are various tools that you and your friends can use. One of them is tarot cards. If you see them lying on the table, you might be tempted to use them. But since they are completely randomized, the effects of the card can endanger your life and the life of your friend. So, before you continue, learn about all the Demonologists Tarot cards, their effects and how they work.
All Demonologist Tarot cards and their effects (explained)
Flipping tarot cards will cause a special effect similar to those we saw in Phasmophobia. There are 10 different Demonologist Tarot cards in total. And a word of caution, more than half of them have negative consequences. However, some of them are quite resourceful, so it’s still not a bad idea to try your luck.
- Aggressive – Evil spirits will become more aggressive.
- Angel – Your dead teammates will come back to life.
- Death – A random ghost will attack you.
- Devil – Evil spirits interact with nearby objects.
- Flame of Destiny – Your player’s sanity increases or decreases randomly.
- Guillotine – your player will die instantly.
- Moon – Your player’s sanity will decrease.
- Slave – The ghost is trapped in the room it was in.
- Sun – Your player’s sanity will increase.
- Void – Nullifies previous effects.
Where to find tarot cards
Tarot cards can be found in random places inside the house. They usually lie on tables or kitchen countertops. Just keep a close eye on this set of cards and you’ll find them quickly.
