OnePlus 10 Pro case leaked online, reveals square-shaped camera module and more

The OnePlus 10 series is expected to debut early next year. The rumor mill claims that OnePlus’ next flagship smartphone series will debut before Samsung unveils the Galaxy S22 series. OnePlus may launch its flagship smartphones in January or February 2022 in China. It will be followed by a global launch around March or April. While we wait for some official details, body renders of the upcoming OnePlus 10 Pro have been leaked. A new leak confirms some of the previously leaked details of the OnePlus Pro flagship. Renders of the OnePlus 10 Pro case leaked ahead of its rumored January launch confirm some of the key design elements of the flagship smartphone. The body renders listed on Alibaba show the device has a square-shaped camera module on the back, similar to what we saw in CAD renders based on the final 10 Pro prototype.

The area near the camera module has a massive cutout on the case. This gap helps us understand that the camera module protrudes slightly from the rear panel as it blends into the side bezel. Details about the sensors in the triple chamber remain unknown. However, tipster Digital Chat Station stated that the device will have 3.3x optical zoom and 30x digital zoom.

The rest of the hull render details are similar to the leaked design renders. The power button and alert slider are on the right edge, while the volume keys are on the left. On the bottom edge is a USB Type-C port.

The curved display on the front has a hole-punch cutout in the top left corner. Rumors suggest that the OnePlus flagship will feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display. The phone will also likely support a 120Hz refresh rate screen and come with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Other leaked details include the Snapdragon 898 SoC, also known as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, up to 12GB of RAM, a 5,000mAh battery, and support for 652 or 125W fast charging. At the moment, there is no information about the launch date of OnePlus 10 Pro. We will share more details as we can.
