LEGO distances itself from Activision-Blizzard

The release of the new LEGO Overwatch 2 set has been postponed indefinitely.

If Activision-Blizzard has been working with the LEGO group for more than three years to offer various products under the Overwatch license, the second part of the multiplayer FPS should also have been in the spotlight with the over 900-piece Titan opposing Tracer characters and Mei. Ultimately, this will not happen, because the American publisher is now in turmoil: “We are currently reviewing our partnership with Activision-Blizzard, given concerns about the progress made in eliminating persistent claims to culture in the workplace, especially in relation to female colleagues and creating a diverse and inclusive environment. While we are wrapping up the review, we are going to put the new LEGO Overwatch 2 set on hold, which was supposed to go on sale on February 1st.”
