LottieFiles, Clocking, Socially and more apps to try this weekend
Welcome to another edition of our Apps of the Week review, where we list some of our favorite apps we’ve come across recently. We’ve got some great options for you this week, including a social media animation editor, work time tracker, and a non-social media app. And, as always, we have a new fun game for you.
LottieFiles – animation and design
Take your social media posts to the next level with LottieFiles. The app allows you to create, design, upload and edit animations that you can embed in your posts on your favorite social media app. It also supports animated stickers, collaboration and export of your animations for use in some of the best design applications.
Clock – work tracker
“Ugh, I’m so ready for the job to be over. Is it time to go home already? This is something you no longer have to say out loud with Clocking. Basically, it’s a dedicated timer app designed to keep track of the hours you work during the week. At a glance, you can see how much overtime you’ve been working, and it can even turn you on and off automatically based on your location.
Social – Social Reminder
We spend so much time online these days that we often forget about our most important relationships. Socially hopes to fix that by helping you recreate meaningful connections between you and the people you care about. Just add people to the app, like your contact book, and set how often you want to connect with each person. The app will notify you when it’s too long.
Station 117
Looking for a fun game to check out this weekend? Check it. Station 117 is a first-person detective adventure game that puts you in a secret research facility after something goes wrong. And what you find there will change everything. There are tons of clues to find and puzzles to solve, a complete hint system to help you if you get stuck, and an exciting soundtrack.
