If you’re playing Overwatch 2 with a friend, these two-hero combos can help you dominate the fight thanks to how well they work together. Try these combinations or change them according to your playing style and win.
Best Overwatch 2 Combos: Dual Hero/Hero Duo
Here are some great combos of two heroes from different roles/classes that can be paired up in matches. If you are both new to the game, be sure to practice these combinations and test their synergy to make the best use of them in the game.
The best two-hero combinations in Overwatch 2:
Mercy + Farrah
Both can fly, so while Pharah is hitting enemies from above, Mercy is also constantly healing her. As both keep moving, it can be difficult to defeat either of them.
Bridget + Zenyatta
While Zenyatta is insanely strong on his own, Bridget protects him while he releases his damage orbs.
Mercy + Zenyatta
While Zenyatta is more attack oriented, if he survives much longer with Mercy it can turn the match in your favor. Plus, the dual healer combo proves to be a godsend in times of need. It could be one deadly combo of two heroes in Overwatch 2.
Shadow + Tracer
Both Sombra and Tracer use short range weapons. While Sombra is hacking enemies, Tracer can quickly teleport to a location and drop explosives. Sombra can also become invisible and move quickly, so both can be impressive together if played well.
Juncker Queen + Lucio
Junker Queen is an aggressive tank and Lucio is an aggressive support hero – both pair well with each other due to how high octane things can get. The best part is that the Junker Queen’s Command Shout can also grant temporary health and movement speed to her and her allies, similar to how Sound Barrier and Lucio’s Crossfade do.
Genji + Ana
Ana can fire a dart that will make your opponent doze off for a few seconds, during which Genji can easily swoop in and kill them. What’s more, when Ana throws a biotic grenade that heals allies, Genji can get close to the enemy using Dragonblade or knock them out of range with his shuriken.
Hanzo + Widowmaker
If you want to keep your enemies in front of you, try this duo of Hanzo and Widowmaker. With Hanzo’s sonic boom and Widowmaker’s infrared vision, your team will have an idea of the enemy’s location. Also, if you prefer to attack from above, Hanzo and Widowmaker can cover areas and use their lunges/wall climbs and grappling hook to keep moving and catch enemies on the ground by surprise.
Roadhog + Kiriko (one of the best two-hero combos in Overwatch 2)
Kiriko is one of the best supports due to her kunai attacks, teleportation, invulnerability to allies, and her ultimate when she summons a fox spirit. Combine this with Roadhog’s chain hook target attack and the damage/knockback of the Whole Pig and you’ll dominate the battlefield.
Dawn + Lucius
Zarya does a lot of damage, but moves slowly. Lucio can help her brilliantly, especially with his Crossfade, Amp it Up and Sound Barrier buffs. Lucio also moves pretty fast, so he can hang on to Zarya and hunt down some of the enemy players.
These are just a few of the best Overwatch 2 two-hero combos for duos. You can try more combinations with characters that have similar or completely opposite abilities to see how they work together. To learn more about Overwatch 2, check out our guides.
