The meta is full of new VR games and various announcements: Among US VR, NFL Pro Era, The Walking Dead, Resident Evil 4….
Meta recently held their latest game showcase for Quest and viewers were able to get new previews of previously announced games and discover new titles. It will appear in Meta Quest 2, Rift and S, Steam VR and PlayStation VR in the coming months.

This version seems to completely change the dynamics of “Among the USA”. The perspective logically shifts to the first person. You will still progress through the level by completing tasks, but you will not be able to see if there is a potential impostor behind you. And at the voting stage, you will have to literally point the finger at your partners. Shell Games, which worked on the VR version, also partnered with Meta Quest to develop three other yet-to-be-announced titles.

Meta also took advantage of this event to unveil the first playable trailer for the very first officially licensed NFL VR game, NFL Pro Era. StatusPro developer uses real data to make the process as realistic as possible. You will be able to play as a quarterback and improve his statistics in all segments of the game. If you manage to avoid too much dismissal, you can take your team to the Super Bowl. You can also just play tag with your friends in the virtual NFL stadium. NFL Pro Era featuring all 32 official teams will also be available on PS VR. The game will be released this fall.
Speaking of PS VR, the game that the platform has been able to exclusively enjoy coming this summer with Quest 2 is Moss: Book II. The sequel to Moss by Polyarc is very popular, so in a few months more players will be able to enjoy it. The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution will also be released this year.
In addition, the Mercenaries mode for the VR version of Resident Evil 4 has just arrived in a free update. You will have to destroy the maximum Ganado in the allotted time. Online challenges and leaderboards are available. Completing these challenges will earn you various rewards, including classic black and white horror mode and golden weapon skins. Features will also be available in the base game.
Meanwhile, electronic music invites itself to Beat Saber with songs by Deadmau5, Marshmello and Pendulum. Cities: VR (the VR version of Cities: Skylines) is coming to Quest on April 28th.
The event also featured trailers for other games, including impressive previews of the puzzle game Red Matter, the sequel to Espire 2, the JRPG Ruinsmagus, and the adventure game Bonelab.
