Metroid Dread: where to go if you’re stuck after Spin Boost?
Many players get stuck after getting the Spin Boost ability in Metroid Dread. It’s not unusual when you play any Metroid game, part of the gameplay is getting lost. But when you can’t find your way for too long, then everything can become frustrated. So without further ado, let’s check out where to go after you get the rotation boost in Metroid Dread.
Where to go after Spin Boost in Metroid Dread?
The next thing to do after getting the spin boost is to find the Central Block and defeat the blue EMMI.
- Use the spin boost to double jump and grab the ledge in the upper right corner of the room.
- You will turn into a morph ball.
- Next, use the bomb on the car to go through the pipe.
- Go left to the new room.
- You will enter a room filled with water. Stand on the edge, then jump forward to grab the ledge, you’ll have to double jump when you get to the center.

- Climb up to the middle ledge and use the morph ball bombs to continue right.
- Keep going straight, then down into the next room. You can find the charging station here.
- Turn left and jump twice to the red platform (the one that closes).
- Go to the left room.
- Slide down and defeat the enemy here and continue to the left.
- You can save your game here. Optional but recommended step.
- After you leave the save room, go upstairs. Start by climbing the blue wall, then jump onto the red platforms.
- You’ll reach a plant-like enemy that you can’t destroy just by shooting.
- Climb up and then go left, making a double jump.
- You should now enter the EMMI zone. Keep going to the left and you will eventually manage to reach the other side of the zone.
- Go down under the water and double jump on the left side of this room.
- Finally, use the red platforms to climb up and go to the correct room to confront the Central Block.
