The popularity of NFTs continues to grow. Today, the mythical theater L’Olympia announces its first collection of 250 pixelated avatars of participants. The Paris Hall joined forces with the Tailor marketplace to manage the entire technology side of the project.

Tailor, a French startup based in Station F, specializes in ticket sales and NFT collectibles for live events. This is the first audience of the platform. Thus, a total of 250 NFTs of the “profile”type, which will serve as membership cards for their holders. They will offer lifetime privileges both at the venue and in the marketplace.

As is often the case, if all of these avatars are unique, their rarity level will provide more or less interesting benefits. The distribution is as follows: 4 The O’Jacks, 15 The O’Beats, 80 The O’Tunes, 150 The O’Tracks. The latest is Oreille Absolue, the boss of the O’Gs, a unique avatar with exceptional benefits: a lifetime VIP pass for two people to attend twelve events per year of your choice with drinks offered at the bar every evening and dinner for two at Le Petit Olympia. This card will be up for auction.

The avatars were created by artist Antoine Doutin, also known as Baron de Piquecel on Instagram, inspired by the Jet Set Radio game, Gorillaz characters, or even 1990s retro games in 8- and 16-bit format.

These NFTs will go on pre-sale (whitelist) starting July 4 for those who meet the criteria detailed on the project page. Public sales start on July 6th. Please note that buyers will not be made aware of their O’G and its benefits until July 12 at 12 noon French time.

For L’Olympia, this NFT initiative aims to retain a new, younger audience that is sensitive to cryptocurrencies.
