Motorola launched the Moto G22 phone last week. The Moto G22 will go on sale in the country for the first time today. The latest G-series device is an entry-level smartphone that will compete against Redmi 10, Realme 9i and Infinix Hot 11S. The all-new Moto G22 is powered by MediaTek Helio G37 processor and 5000mAh battery.

Other highlights of the Moto phone include a large display and a quad rear camera setup including a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Despite being an entry-level phone, it doesn’t skimp on the basics like a fingerprint scanner and a micro-SD card slot. Moto G22 comes in only one configuration – 4 GB + 64 GB. It costs $144 and goes on sale at 12:00 pm exclusively through Flipkart. Characteristics and features of the Moto G22

The Moto G22 features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Under the hood of the smartphone is a MediaTek Helio G37 octa-core processor with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes pre-installed with the latest version of Android – Android 12.

In terms of optics, the device offers a quad rear camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor. It is accompanied by an 8MP 118° ultra wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, it uses a 16-megapixel camera.

The Moto G22 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging. It has a Type-C charging port, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The latest G-series phone is available in two color options – space black and mint green. It weighs 185 grams and measures 163.95×74.94×8.49mm. Connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G, 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS.
