MultiVersus: how to change age

MultiVersus is an epic crossover game brought to you by Warner Bros. interactive entertainment. The game features unlockable classic characters from Warner Bros., DC Comics, HBO, Turner Entertainment and Cartoon Network. While there are 19 playable characters at the time of writing, 17 are unlockable with two more coming soon. While the main format will be 2v2, there will also be free play and 1v1 modes available. There are quite a few features, and with the launch of the open beta, more and more competitors are coming into the game. How to change your age in MultiVersus

Unfortunately, there is no way to change your age in the game. However, this is not completely impossible. The following method will help you change your age without reinstalling the game, but may result in your progress being deleted. Here’s what you need to do:

• Start by opening File Explorer and at the top click View and check the box next to Hidden Items to show hidden files.
• Then go to your local drive (C) and click on Users and then click on your PC username.
• After that, open the application data. The App Data folder is usually hidden, so make sure you follow the first step.
• While you’re in the App Data folder, look for the MultiVersus folder.
• Once you find the folder, click on it and then click on the Saved folder to open a new window.
• While you are in the new window, click on the SaveGames folder and delete the file named firstlaunch_save.sav from the folder.
• Then launch the game again, and as soon as the option to select your age appears on the screen, select “Over 22”.

Also, choosing a higher age will allow you to access the online mode in the game. This method can even save you from reinstalling the game.

It remains to be seen if the creators of MultiVersus will adopt a better way to address this issue. At the moment, this is the only way to change your age other than a complete reinstall.
