How to play ranked mode in MultiVersus

You will be able to play ranked mode in MultiVersus after the release of the first season. At the time of this writing, the game is in open beta and the first season has not started yet. Hence, you will be able to see the “Rating”option, but it will be disabled and greyed out. So you can’t play ranked matches yet.
