Nacon acquires Daedalic Entertainment
Daedalic Entertainment will strengthen French group Nacon in publishing and development.
By acquiring Daedalic Entertainment for €53 million, Nacon achieved the largest external growth operation in its history. With key intellectual property assets such as The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, Deponia, Shadow Tactics, Blackguards and The Whispering World, the German entity based in Hamburg and considered one of the most famous publishers and developers in Europe, will be able to grow significantly. as no less than nine games are announced for release later this year.
