Yamaha Corporation has entered the true wireless technology segment with new products. The company introduced the Yamaha TW-E3B and Yamaha TW-E5B wireless headphones. One of the buds is under $128 and the other is premium for under $192

For those who don’t know, Yamaha as a brand is known for its audio/video products in the music industry and has over 130 years of musical instrument history. These new headphones are the company’s first step into the popular and rapidly growing TWS segment. Let’s take a look at all the details of the Yamaha TW-E3B and TW-E5B headphones.

Yamaha TW-E3B TWS: Price

The official price of the Yamaha TW-E3B is $109. But on Amazon they are currently listed for $96. The headphones are available in four colors: blue, pink, purple and black.

They come with Bluetooth 5.0 and support A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP audio profiles and SBC, AAC and Qualcomm aptX codecs. In terms of battery life, these buds are rated for 6 hours of use on a single charge, with the case rated for an additional three charge cycles, bringing the total to 24 hours.

These headphones support play, pause, skip and volume control. In addition, users can control the controls through the Yamaha Headphones Controller app. Other features include an IPX5 waterproof rating, support for Siri and Google Assistant, and finally a Type-C port for charging.

Yamaha TW-E5B TWS: Price

These buds cost $182 and are available in black and blue. They will be available in the near future, the date of the start of sales has not yet been announced.

These headphones also support music playback, voice assistant and phone calls. On a single charge, the Yamaha TW-E5B TWS is rated for up to 30 hours with the included case, including 8.5 hours with the earbuds. It also supports fast charging via Type-C port.
