If you’re unable to update your Instagram feed, try the methods below to resolve the issue:
Check your internet connection
The simplest thing you should do when you encounter an error in your Instagram feed is to check your internet connection. Turn on your Wi-Fi or mobile internet connection and check if it works properly. You can also turn on Airplane Mode once to reset the connection. After that, go to Speedtest and check the speed of your internet connection. This should fix the issue. If you still can’t update your Instagram feed, try the next method.
Sign out and sign back in to Instagram
You can try logging into Instagram again to fix this issue. Follow the steps below to sign out of your account on your phone.
- Open the Instagram app on your phone.
