The new application makes it easy to convert .deb files to .ipa files for TrollStore.
iOS developer ExeRhythm today released a new app called deb-to-ipa-app that converts apps based on. deb to applications based. ipa so that they can be permanently installed and signed using TrollStore opa334.
Crackers usually depend on files. deb when installing jailbreak apps and tweaks, which can be obtained from the repositories through package manager applications such as Cydia, Sileo, Zebra and the like. However, these files. deb can often be obtained from websites such as iOS Repo Updates if the package can be downloaded for free.
With this handy utility, even those who don’t have a jailbreak but who can use the TrollStore app to sign permissions on their phone can now install apps that were normally only available to hackers through the package manager app.
As you can see from the app screenshot in the image above, deb-to-ipa-app provides a simple blue button to import a file. deb which the application can then convert to a TrollStore compatible application. It is noteworthy that not any file. deb will work; it must be an app (not a tweak) compiled for a jailbroken device.
Citing the developer in his /r/jailbreak release post, the new deb-to-ipa-app does essentially the same thing as deb-to-ipa from itsnebulalol, an iOS and iPadOS 15.x developer based on Palara1n checkm8. jailbreak for developers. However, the main differences are that the application does the conversion locally and that a GitHub account is not required.
Another thing that might be of interest to some is that the deb-to-ipa app is completely open source on the developer’s GitHub.
If you’re interested in trying out the deb-to-ipa-app for your TrollStore needs, you can download it for free from the developer’s GitHub page.
