Created by longtime developer Team 17 (the brains behind the Worms franchise), Farmside is a brand new release on Apple Arcade. This farm building simulator allows you to create your dream farm from scratch, as well as decorate it with various decorations and expand it to new territories.
You will need to place plots, plant crops, harvest crops, build orchards, and also raise pets such as chickens and cows. You can use products from crops, gardens, and animals to create unique recipes and take orders from the townspeople.
“Everything on the farm can be placed freely and they all have their own features, such as fences that keep chickens from running, street lights that automatically light up the farm at night, and a pavement that provides a safe path for your avatar.”reads the description.
Farmside supports iOS, iPadOS, macOS and tvOS [ App Store link ].
Lifeline+ (February 24)
The original text-adventure from 3 Minute Games is back with an Apple Arcade treatment. In Lifeline+, you communicate with Taylor through her communicator.
Taylor is lost in space after crash landing on an alien moon and needs your help to survive. The game was designed to be played in small batches – notifications deliver messages from Taylor throughout the day, allowing you to plan her next move when you have a few minutes to kill.
The story behind this unique narrative was written by writer Dave Eustace (Fables: The Wolf Among Us). The game has many possible outcomes depending on your actions, and there are hundreds of puzzles to solve, with the developers promising more through free updates.
