Explanation of MultiVersus attack fading

MultiVersus is an action platform video game featuring many different characters. While the video game has a roster of iconic characters, it also has some unique mechanics. And you need to understand them all in order to master the game. Some players are confused by the attack decay that occurs during a match or battle. Attack decay in MultiVersus (explained)

During combat, attack decay occurs when you keep spamming or constantly using the same moves or abilities against your opponents. It consistently reduces the damage dealt to your enemies with each attack. The attack decay also reduces the damage of the on-hit stun. You will notice a visual cue indicating that your character’s attack has been weakened. Once you exit the debuff, the visual indicator will also disappear.

How to remove attack decay

• Because it’s caused by spamming or hitting the same attacks in succession, you need to try out different moves and abilities. You can also try different perks and combos to remove the attack debuff.
• Some rude type characters like Batman, Bugs Bunny or Taz have the best combos and perks. You can also check out our guide to the best combo attack characters for more information.
• When you attack your opponents with various combinations or abilities, the debuff disappears.
• Then you will be able to deal damage to your opponents normally.

Attack Decay is a great gameplay element in my opinion as it allows you to explore more moves. While trying out unique moves, you can also perform various combo attacks to inflict damage on your opponents.
