Vivo X Note design officially unveiled: with four cameras and a 7-inch 2K AMOLED display

Vivo has confirmed the launch of its new X Note premium smartphone in China. On April 11, the company will introduce a new premium Android smartphone. At the same event, we will also see the new Vivo Pad tablet and the Vivo X Fold foldable smartphone. The company has started releasing teasers of its new devices. The latest teaser confirms the design of the X Note.

The design images confirm the design of the front and back of the upcoming Vivo smartphone. In addition to that, it also confirms that the warning slider will be available on the X Note as well. Let’s take a look at the specs, features, design and other details of Vivo X Note.

Vivo X Note: here’s what it could look like

Vivo X Note will be a high-end Android smartphone from the brand. It will be released on April 11 along with X Fold and Vivo Pad. Ahead of the launch, design images confirm that the phone will come with a curved display. The AMOLED screen will be 7 inches tall and have a 2K resolution. There is also a hole punch cutout in the top center of the screen.

The back panel design is similar to the X Fold. It has a blue back and a rectangular black island at the top. On top of that is a round camera module with four cameras. One of the lenses houses a periscope camera. We wouldn’t be surprised if the X Note uses the same camera sensors as the X Fold. In this case, the phone will have a 50-megapixel main camera, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 12-megapixel portrait camera with 2x zoom, and an 8-megapixel periscope camera with support for 5x zoom.

There is an alert slider on the left edge of the device, making room for the volume and power buttons on the right edge. Other details about the device will be confirmed at the official launch event.

Rumor has it that the X Note will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood. A 5,000mAh battery is also expected with support for 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. The device will feature a 3D ultrasound fingerprint scanner and Android 12 out of the box. As expected, an Origin OS Ocean layer will be added on top of Android for the Chinese market.
