OnePlus 10 could start with 150W fast charging: here are other details
OnePlus’ flagship series lineup usually comes with at least two smartphones. This year, everything was completely different. The company first announced the OnePlus 10 Pro back in January in China and recently launched it in some other countries as well. The OnePlus 10R will soon be launched in India as the successor to last year’s OnePlus 9R.
While the affordable flagship will launch next week, OnePlus is also gearing up to launch the vanilla OnePlus 10 later this year. A couple of months ago it was reported that the OnePlus 10 with the Dimensity 9000 processor was in the works, and now a new leak has revealed more information about it. Information about the fast charging, camera and display of the upcoming OnePlus 10 has surfaced, and it’s happening with Digit in collaboration with popular leaker OnLeaks. Let’s take a look at all the new information on the vanilla OnePlus 10.
OnePlus 10 specifications leaked
OnePlus 10R will go on sale on April 28th.
According to the report, OnePlus is testing two OnePlus 10 prototypes, one with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and the other with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. The report states that the company has not finalized the integrated chipset yet. The device is said to be released in the second half of 2022 and a decision on the SoC will likely be made soon as well.
OnePlus 10R will go on sale on April 28th. The OnePlus 10 is said to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also likely have LTPO 2.0 which can change the refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz. The phone will ship with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage.
In terms of optics, the OnePlus 10 is said to feature a 50MP main camera, a 16MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The device is said to get an upgrade on the front with a 32MP selfie camera. Like the OnePlus 10R, the OnePlus 10 will ship with 150W fast charging. The battery is rated at 4800 mAh which means the device can be fully charged in just 15 minutes. Like the OnePlus 10R, the OnePlus 10 is also set to lack a hardware warning slider key. Finally, the device will run OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12.
