Meanwhile, some key details of the Nord 2 CE have been leaked online. A 91Mobiles report has leaked the design and other key details of the upcoming OnePlus smartphone. The smartphone, codenamed Ivan, will have a triple camera on the back. Let’s take a look at the OnePlus Nord 2 CE design renders, specs and other leaked details.
OnePlus Nord 2 CE design renders
The rendering of the OnePlus Nord 2 CE shows that the phone will share some of the design cues of the original Nord 2 released earlier this year. Design renders shared by 91Mobiles and whistleblower Yogesh Brar show the phone has a rectangular-shaped triple-camera module on the back. It has two large circular cutouts on one side and a third tiny sensor sits right above the LED flash module.
The back panel featured in the design renders is painted gray with the OnePlus logo in the center. According to the leaked specs, the phone will have a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, there will be a 16 MP front camera.
On the front is a 6.4-inch punch-hole display with a notch in the top left corner. The bezels around the 90Hz AMOLED display are quite narrow, save for the thick chin. It doesn’t have an alert slider, but it does have volume keys on the left edge. The power button is located on the right side of the frame.
The bottom edge houses a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a speaker grill, and a main microphone. The phone will have a 4,500mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging. It will ship with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC under the hood. The device will offer up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It will run OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 out of the box. The exact launch date of the device remains unknown. We will share more details when it becomes available.
