Oppo Enco Buds and Enco Air TWS coming soon
Chinese smartphone giant Oppo has a bunch of budget and premium true wireless earphones (TWS). The company’s current premium offering is the Oppo Enco X, priced at $135. Oppo also offers budget TWS earbuds such as Enco X, Enco Free, Enco W51, and Enco W31. It looks like Oppo’s new wireless earbuds are coming soon. According to a new report, the company is gearing up to expand its Enco TWS lineup with the launch of the Oppo Enco Air. Oppo is also reportedly working on the launch of Enco Buds. Let’s take a look at the Oppo Enco Buds, Enco Air launch details were revealed ahead of the official announcement.
Oppo Enco Buds and Enco Air expected to launch
Oppo Enco Buds are coming soon. The smartphone maker is also gearing up to launch Enco Air TWS in the country, according to 91Mobiles. Both TWS earphones were launched globally earlier this year. Oppo has yet to announce an official launch date. The 91Mobiles report also doesn’t mention any details about the launch timeline.
Enco Buds will be a budget offering. Its price is 32 USD. Each earbud has an 8mm dynamic driver. The buds can be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth 5.2 and have an operating range of 10m. As for the battery, each earbud includes a 40mAh cell. The charging case has a 400mAh battery and can be fully charged in 2.5 hours via the USB Type-C port. It supports AAC and SBC audio formats. The headphones are also equipped with intelligent noise cancellation.
Oppo Enco Air has a remote design. Each earphone is equipped with a 12mm dynamic crystal clear vocal driver with a sensitivity of 112±1dB at 1kHz. When paired with the Enco Air charging case, it is claimed to provide up to 24 hours of battery life on a single charge. It also offers up to 8 hours of juice in 10 minutes of charging.
The earbuds come with two microphones that are used for AI-based noise cancellation during calls. Each earbud has a 25mAh battery and the charging case has a 440mAh battery. It is equipped with features such as low latency gaming mode, IPX4 splashproof rating, etc. Enco Air is priced at 299 RMB in China. We can expect a similar price. Buds come in black, blue, white and green.
