Outlander: Blood of My Blood is a spin-off of the love story of Jamie Fraser’s parents.
Starz announces the launch of Outlander spin-off television series based on best-selling novels by Mexican-English-American author Diana Gabaldon.
While filming for Season 7 began a few months ago and welcomes new faces to its cast, Outlander will expand its universe with Blood of My Blood, a spin-off dedicated to the parents of Jamie Fraser, a Scottish soldier who was raised to to become the future laird of Lallybroch. and who marries Claire.

Historical drama returns with Outlander: Blood of My Blood
Produced by Sony Pictures Television and supervised by Karen Bailey, Outlander: Blood of My Blood is written by Matthew B. Roberts, who will serve as showrunner and executive producer. He is also the showrunner and executive producer of Outlander, which is currently filming its seventh season. Meryl Davis will also executive produce the prequel alongside Ronald D. Moore, who developed Outlander for television under their Tall Ship Productions production banner. Story Mining & Supply Company will also serve as an executive producer, with Diana Gabaldon as a consulting producer.
