The story is based on the New York Times bestseller of the same name.

Pachinko will be streaming exclusively on the Apple TV+ streaming platform from March 25 in three languages (Korean, Japanese and English). The series stars Soji Arai as Mozasu, Jin Ha as Solomon, Inji Jeong as Yangjin, Minha Kim as Sunja, Lee Minho as Hansoo, Kaho Minami as Etsuko, Steve Sanghyun Noh as Isak, Anna Sawai (Naomi), Junu. Han (Yoseb), Jung Eun Chae (Yong Kyung Hee), Jimmi Simpson (Tom Andrews), Yu-na Jung (Sunja) and Yoon Yoo Chung (Sunja).
