Canal+ subscribers get free access to Apple TV+ starting April 20
Every Canal+ subscriber will automatically get a free Apple TV+ starting April 20th as part of their current plan, directly to their existing set-top box.

Free Apple TV+ for Canal+ subscribers
Free Apple TV+ is available to all Canal+ subscribers in France starting April 20 right on their current set-top box. As part of the deal, the company will also stream select Apple TV+ originals on Canal+. Of course, you must be a Canal+ subscriber (or become one) to be eligible for this offer.
Some of the Apple TV+ originals coming soon include the romantic action-adventure Ghosted; “Still: A Michael J. Fox Film”; Flower Moon Killers with Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro; spy thriller “Argyle”; and historical thriller “Napoleon”directed by Ridley Scott and starring Joaquin Phoenix.
An announcement posted in the Apple Newsroom quoted Apple’s service boss Eddie Cue as calling it “an incredible deal for Canal+ customers.”
Liason is Apple’s first Franco-British original.
Like other streaming services, Apple has to spend part of its budget on locally produced original programs like Liaison (Apple’s first Franco-British original) and Drops of God.
Apple describes the former as “a high-stakes contemporary thriller that explores how the mistakes of our past can destroy our future, combining action with an unpredictable, layered plot that plays out espionage and political intrigue against a passionate and enduring story.”Love.”

Drops of God is the second multilingual French project for Apple TV+. The eight-episode series explores the world of gastronomy and fine wines in Tokyo. It is based on the popular manga by Tadashi Agi and Shu Okimoto, starring Fleur Geffriere and Tomohisa Yamashita.

This offer will make sense for Canal+ subscribers who do not own an Apple device or who have not recently purchased new Apple hardware. The company is already offering three free months of Apple TV+ with the purchase of a new iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV.
Apple itself offers a free seven-day trial of Apple TV+, with longer trials of up to three months available from some of the company’s partners.
For example, US customers can get twelve free months of Apple TV+ through T-Mobile, six free months with a PlayStation 5 purchase, or three months with a PlayStation 4 purchase.
Apple recently raised prices on some of its services, so Apple TV+ now costs $7 a month for a standalone service. You can save some money by subscribing to an Apple TV package that includes Apple TV+.
