7. Finish the conversation.
8. Buy the claws by selling him 250 Demon Horns.
9. Claws can only be bought if you are a Demon.

How to get demon horns

Demon horns can be obtained by killing demons. Killing one demon gives one horn. Another way to get the Demon Horn is to defeat the boss. Defeating the boss grants a chest with a rare chance to drop a Demon Horn. Zapiwara Cave in Kiribating Village has the most demons on the entire map.
