Ranking of the Greatest Lightsaber Stances in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Jedi: Survivor Lightsaber Stances Tier list from Star Wars

Let’s first describe how to unlock each Lightsaber Stance in the campaign before ranking them:

  • Single Blade – Available by default.
  • Double-Bladed – Unlocked early on while you’re in Coruscant.
  • Dual-Wield – Unlocked in Coruscant during the Ninth Sister boss fight.
  • Blaster – You’ll learn this in Jedha after completing the initial story arc. Bode Acuna will give you his firearm so you can practice.
  • Crossguard – You’ll learn this at the end of the first story mission in the Shattered Moon after you defeat a Bedlam Raider named Drya Thornne.

We rate the top Lightsaber Stances in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor keeping the aforementioned in mind. This is based on playing on the default Jedi Knight difficulty setting and engaging in general combat.

Top Tier Stance: Dual-Wield

Our opinion is that the two finest light saber stances in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are dual-wield and double-bladed. The former gives the swiftest attacks, resulting in a barrage of subsequent attacks and high DPS. It also includes some very cool throwing and deflection techniques.

The fundamental ability Backstep Slash also aids you defensively. As you give up defense for offense, the downside is a lower guard meter. As a result, you don’t want to be surrounded by a shower of lasers.

Top Tier Stance: Double Bladed

Double-Bladed is another excellent option. This is because the weapon’s greater reach makes it ideal for using against larger crowds. The majority of its moves are likewise showy and acrobatic, including an impressive attack chain.

The attack speed being a little bit slower is the biggest issue. Your acrobatics may occasionally leave you vulnerable in the middle of animations.

Mid Tier Stances: Single Blade and Crossguard

The tried-and-true stance is a respectable option. It allows flexibility in both deflecting and aerial strikes. Similar to Kylo Ren, the Crossguard Stance, or two-handed, emphasizes powerful punches. With it, you can quickly destroy shields and guard meters at the expense of excruciatingly slow attack animations.

Bottom Tier Stance: Blaster

The Blaster Stance is so unusual and unconventional that we truly wanted to like it. Unfortunately, unless you learn a few skills or obtain upgrades from Caij Bounties, the gun itself isn’t all that powerful.

Auto-targeting can also be a little shaky. It does, at the very least, have a Quick Draw-like special ability.
