PlayStation Days of Play Sale Starts May 25th
It looks like the annual Days of Play sale for PlayStation will start this May. 25 and will last until June 8. This information comes via Wario64 on Twitter, who appears to have gotten their hands on a promotional image from PlayStation that was leaked prior to the official announcement.
Days of Play tends to be one of the most exciting promotions on the PlayStation calendar, and brings tons of discounts on a wide variety of games, DLC, and even subscriptions. This might be the right time to pick up games you’ve been wanting to buy for a long time, as the sale also gives discounts on a range of third-party PlayStation games.
During this period, there is also a possibility that SIE may announce a new state of the game as it has been some time since players have heard from PlayStation Studios.

In addition to games, the Days of Play sale also includes big discounts on subscription services and accessories. Players received a free weekend PS Plus subscription last year, and it will be interesting to see if that happens again this year.
A Days of Play event is usually scheduled for this team of the year, along with annual summer events like E3, but this year’s in-game calendar looks very different. So far, E3 has been canceled this year, but Xbox and Bethesda are continuing to showcase games in June, with Geoff Keighley confirming that Summer Games Fest will take place around the same time.
PlayStation has yet to announce State of Play or game reveals for the summer, but it’s likely that Days of Play will feature at least one State of Play event.
