Realme 9, Realme 9 Pro Plus could launch globally in February
The Realme 9 series is one of the highly anticipated smartphone launches in early 2022. The successor to the Realme 8 series is expected to launch in January and February 2022. The first smartphone in this series, Realme 9i, will debut in Vietnam. January 10th. Apart from this budget phone, the series will also include the vanilla Realme 9 and two Pro devices, Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro Plus. Realme 9 Pro 5G and Realme Pro Plus 5G have appeared on several certification websites over the past few weeks, including NBTC, EEC, TKDN, and Bluetooth SIG. Now, a new report has revealed the duo’s launch schedule.
Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro Plus Launch Schedule
According to a report from 91mobiles, Realme 9 Pro with model number RMX3472 and Realme 9 Pro Plus with model number RMX3393, which have been found in multiple databases and certifications, have received approval from the European region. The news came from reliable informant Mukul Sharma. In addition, Mukul also adds that if everything goes according to plan, both smartphones are expected to hit the market by February 2022 worldwide. Both devices will support 5G. Although there is no confirmation at the moment, the duo may be powered by MediaTek’s Dims density 5G series chipsets.
Realme 9 Pro Plus Expected Specs
The Realme 9 Pro Plus 5G features a Full HD+ display and under the hood, the device can be powered by a Dims density 5G series chipset along with up to 8GB of RAM. Previous leaks have also revealed that the phone will come with a 65W fast charging system and a 5,000mAh battery. Finally, in terms of optics, the 9 Pro+ is said to feature a 50MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture with EIS support and a 16MP selfie camera.
