Realme C31 with 6.5-inch display, 5000mAh battery likely to arrive on March 31st
Today, Realme has unveiled a new C series smartphone in Indonesia. The Realme C31 is the latest addition to the C series from the brand, which was launched a few weeks after the launch of the Realme C35. The C31 is expected to roll out to other markets soon. Meanwhile, whistleblower Yogesh Brar has released details of the C31 launch.
The C31 is the successor to the C21 released last year. The device comes with a triple camera and a powerful battery. Let’s take a look at the specs, features and other details of the Realme C31.
Realme C31 launch date announced
Realme will launch the C31 in India soon as the latest C-series smartphone. The device is expected to cost less than $131. Ahead of the official launch date announcement, Brar’s leaker claims the phone will launch on March 31st.
Realme has yet to reveal the launch details of the device. Therefore, it is recommended to treat the leaked date with a grain of salt.
Specifications and features
The C31 is equipped with a 6.5-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The top of the phone has a waterdrop notch for the front camera. The device has thin bezels around the display, except for a slightly thick bezel on the chin.
On the back panel is a rectangular camera module. There is a triple camera on the back. The phone has a 13 MP main camera sensor. It also has two 2MP sensors for depth and macro photography. For selfies and video calls, there is a 5MP front camera sensor.
The smartphone is equipped with SoC Unisoc T612 under the hood. It is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It is possible to expand the memory with a microSD card. Under the hood of the device is a 5000 mAh battery. It comes with support for 10W charging through the Type-C charging port.
The C31 runs the Realme UI R version based on Android 11 out of the box. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports AI face unlock. The phone weighs 197 grams and measures 164.7×76.1×8.4mm.
