Realme GT 2 Pro launch dates announced
Realme GT 2 Pro could be the company’s next flagship smartphone. It is expected to be launched between January and March 2022. A report by 91Mobiles, citing expert Mukul Sharma, says that the company has begun testing its more expensive flagship device.
Some key details of the device have been leaked earlier. It is rumored to feature a 6.51-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen. The display will support a 120Hz refresh rate and will feature Full HD+ resolution. However, if the device is an ultra-premium offering, Realme could take the leap and launch it at QHD+ resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood will be the Snapdragon 898 SoC. It will most likely be paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone is also said to have a 5,000 mAh battery. Realme has confirmed that its flagship will support 125W fast charging next year. We can expect the GT 2 Pro to feature ultra-fast charging technology.
The phone is rumored to have a 108MP triple camera on the back. It will have an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 5MP macro sensor. On the contrary, another report claimed that the device will have a 50-megapixel main camera sensor. For selfies, the device will sport a 32-megapixel front-facing camera inside a hole-punch in the top-left corner of the display.
