Realme is currently gearing up to launch the Realme 9 Pro series next week. The company is ready to release the Realme 9 Pro and 9 Pro Plus smartphones on February 16th.

Ahead of the launch of the budget series, Realme VP Madhav Sheth shared a teaser on Twitter that confirms the launch of the new flagship phone. According to Madhav Sheth’s Twitter, Realme GT 2 Pro will be launched soon. Let’s take a closer look at more detailed information about the GT 2 Pro.

Realme Vice President and Realme International Business Group President Madhav Sheth took to Twitter to confirm the launch of the GT 2 Pro this morning. In his tweet, he wrote: “The galaxy is full of stars and we are always looking for the brightest one. Shining brighter than ever, our Realme GT 2 Pro will soon have the best flat display of any Android smartphone.”

The Realme GT 2 Pro was launched in China alongside the vanilla Realme GT 2 back in January. After launching in China, the device has been spotted on several certification sites such as NBTC, Google Play Console Listing and BIS, which means the phone is now almost ready to launch in some other global markets. As stated in the tweet, the GT 2 Pro features a flat AMOLED display and is also Realme’s most expensive GT series phone to date.

Specifications Realme GT 2 Pro

The GT 2 Pro smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and has up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The device is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. In terms of cameras, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. On the back is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor, a 50-megapixel 150-degree ultra wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel microscope camera sensor.

The GT 2 Pro is powered by a 5000mAh rechargeable battery supported by a 65W fast charger. It boots Android 12 out of the box with Realme UI 3.0 layer on top.
