Realme Narzo 50A Prime to be launched on April 25th: expected price, specifications

Realme will host two events next week. Previously, the company announced a launch on April 29 to unveil the Realme GT Neo 3, and now the brand has announced that there will be a Realme Narzo 50A Prime launch event on April 25. In addition, the company is expected to launch the Realme Pad Mini and Realme GT 2 soon, but the launch date of the two devices has yet to be confirmed.

The Narzo 50A Prime was spotted listing on Amazon a few days ago and it will be available exclusively on Amazon’s e-commerce platform. Let’s take a look at more details about the upcoming Narzo series phone.

Realme Narzo 50A Prime will be launched on April 25th. The launch event will take place at 12:30 pm and as always, the event will be streamed on YouTube with live updates provided through Realme’s social media channels.

The Narzo 50A Prime will feature a 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The phone has a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 90.7% screen-to-body ratio, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, and a peak brightness of 600 nits. But the screen refresh rate here is 60Hz.

The device is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 processor clocked at up to 1.82 GHz. This SoC is paired with an ARM Mali-G57 GPU. In terms of optics, the device offers a triple camera setup led by a 50MP main camera. It is accompanied by a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP portrait sensor. For selfies, there is an 8MP front camera sensor.

In terms of storage options, the phone comes with either 64GB or 128GB of storage along with 4GB of RAM. It is also possible to expand the storage using a microSD card. The phone is backed by a 5000 mAh battery. It supports 18W fast charging via USB Type-C port.

Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Android OS, dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone measures 8.1mm and weighs 192.5 grams.
