Redmi 10 Prime 2022 exists, according to a leak
Xiaomi will be getting ready to launch the redx 10 2022 smartphone. The phone has already received several certifications, including TKDN, EEC and SDPPI. This could be a rebrand of the Redmi Note 11 4G recently introduced in China. The upcoming Redmi 10 2022 is reportedly coming out in the coming months. Now, a new discovery by trusted Xiaomi expert Kacper Skrzypek suggests that the company may also release the Redmi 10 Prime 2022. The Redmi 10 Prime 2022 could be a variant of the Redmi 10 2022.

For those who don’t know, the company launched Redmi 10 as Redmi 10 Prime. The only difference between these phones is the capacity and thickness of the battery, Redmi 10 Prime comes with a 6000mAh battery while the Redmi 10 Global version comes with a 5000mAh battery. Xiaomi may do the same again with Redmi 10 2022 and Redmi 10 Prime 2022.
Redmi 10 Prime: Specifications and features
The Redmi 10 Prime features a 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh rate and 400 nits maximum brightness. The display has a punch-hole and has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The handset is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 octa-core processor coupled with an ARM Mali G52 GPU. The handset comes in up to 6GB of LPDDR4X memory and up to 128GB of EMMC 5.1 storage.
The Redmi 10 Prime comes with a 50MP triple rear camera that includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, there’s an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture. It is equipped with a 6000mAh battery and 18W fast charging.
The phone uses the company’s proprietary MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11. This device features a USB Type-C port, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, an infrared sensor, and a stereo speaker setup.
