The launch date for the Redmi Note 11S remains unknown. The mid-range smartphone is expected to be released by the end of this month. A few days before the launch, render images of the Note 11S leaked online. This shows that the phone has a punch-hole display, as expected. The notch is at the top center. The Note 11S will have thin bezels around the display and a slightly thicker chin.

The device is codenamed “Miel”and has a model number of K7S. There is a quad-camera setup on the back, which is quite interesting, wonder how other Note 11 series phones have stuck with a triple-camera setup.

The Note 11S will have a 108MP main camera, which is clearly stated in the text on the camera module. The main camera will use the Samsung ISOCELL HM2 sensor, which is also used in the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge. The camera module will include an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP OmniVision OV2A macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.

On the right edge of the device is the volume rocker. It is expected that the power button will be used as a side fingerprint scanner. As expected, there will be support for AI Face Unlock.

The phone is also said to be powered by a MediaTek processor that will be similar to the Helio G95. It is possible that Xiaomi is using the G96 chipset in the Note 11S. The size of the display has not yet been announced. It can come with a 60Hz or 90Hz AMOLED display with a screen size of 6.43 inches. The phone will also likely run Android 11 out of the box with a layer of MIUI 12.5 on top.

In terms of battery, the Redmi smartphone may come with a 5000mAh battery and support 33W fast charging. The phone will most likely have up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. What do you think of the upcoming Redmi smartphone? Let us know in the comments below.
