Secret Identity Compromised is a side quest in Gotham Knights where you have to disable pressure plates, cameras, and more in order to solve puzzles. A quest chain about how you try to protect Batman’s identity. The goal is to upload data to various servers in the city. So, in this guide, find out how to disable pressure plates in Gotham Knights.
How to disable pressure plates in Gotham Knights
You can disable the pressure plates using their panel to complete the Secret Identity Compromised side quest. Click on your controller’s D-pad to find the nearest panel that will allow you to turn them off. Interact with the pressure plates and disable them, after that they will not alarm when they are stepped on. Remember that this is only for a limited time, after about 15 seconds, the pressure plates will re-activate and work when triggered. You can’t solve the puzzle just by downloading the files you also need to get out undetected.
Walkthrough Secret Identity Compromised
As mentioned earlier, you need to access some servers and download files in order to protect Batman’s identity in this mission. And there are 5 such puzzles in this side quest. But, fortunately, out of these 5, you only need to disable the pressure plates for 3 puzzles. Here are all the puzzles you need to solve in order to complete the Secret Identity Compromised side quest:
- Gotham Gazette – Puzzle 1
- Outside the GCPD office – Puzzle 2
- Waynetech Lobby – Puzzle 3
- GCPD Docks – Puzzle 4
- Iceberg Lounge – Puzzle 5
Gotham Gazette Building
- Get to the top of the Gotham Gazette building.
- You may find that this area is only guarded by cameras.
- Play stealthily and turn off the cameras.
- Access and use the server panel.
Close to GCPD office
- Get to the side quest area.
- Turn off the cameras and go to the server, which is located behind the laser grid.
- Use the panel to turn it off.
- Finally, use the server to upload files.
Waintech Lobby
- Reach the side quest area.
- Look for an air vent that you can use to get to the room where the server is located.
- This room is filled with guards, cameras and pressure plates.
- Disconnect the chambers on the right side of the pressure plates.
- Now go to the bottom right plate and roll over it. Try to use its angle so you don’t stay on the plate for too long. This will not cause an alarm if done correctly.
- Disable the Laser Grid and you should find a server panel on the left side in the next room.
GCPD Docks – Disarm pressure plates in Gotham Knights
- Reach the side quest area by going northwest from Old Gotham.
- Disable or destroy the camera next to the panel that allows you to disable the pressure plates.
- Use the panel to disable the pressure plates.
- Jump over the gate and step on the plates to access the server panel.
Iceberg Lounge
- Head west from the bell tower and reach the side quest location.
- Use the vents to get to the service area.
- In the room, walk past the lasers that turn on and off automatically.
- Disable the pressure plates and go into the next room by turning left.
- Wait again for the variable laser to make way for you.
- Disable the next set of pressure plates and access the server to complete the side quest.
